These Terms and Conditions govern your use of primoprevention.com and any order you place with Primo Prevention, a division of Advanced Marketing & Promotions, LLC. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

Refund/Return Policy

Every order is custom-made to the customer’s specifications and has no resale value, so all sales are final. If an order arrives with an error on our part, contact us — replacements are issued after manager approval.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Our fulfillment team works to ship every order promptly. Most items ship within 4 business days; promotional items may take longer, since lead times vary by product. We ship via UPS (in most cases), USPS, or FedEx, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We can only ship to physical addresses — we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping is calculated at 15% of your order total. For example, an $800 order has $120 in shipping, for a total of $920.

Sales Tax

Out-of-state orders and orders from non-profit organizations are not charged sales tax. Orders shipped within Louisiana to for-profit organizations are charged 10.25% sales tax.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, images, and text, is the property of Primo Prevention / Advanced Marketing & Promotions, LLC, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Primo Prevention is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
